you know...you could also perform a deadlift before the hang clean to add a little more intensitiy to the workoutjust my 2 cents

good question, lol i was wondering the same thing.it makes sense to me to just do more reps : )but i dont know for sure, because you wouldnt want it to mess up your back or shoulders or something?...

lol well u can burn fat and not see a change. thats because ppl r not changin the way they eat. fat ppl r burnin fat, its just they put it back on in the next 3mins lolbut maybe i should of used a different word than burn fat
