I agree with 'earthwrk' that Elizabeth is one of the finest Pilates teachers in the country. She was my teacher 22 years ago when I studied to become a Pilates teacher myself. Her work is the most comprehensive, thoughtful work I have experienced. She developed her own approach to the work out of her own specific challenges and needs. I would HIGHLY recommend her video to any expectant mother, and would encourage anyone to continue with Elizabeth's approach to Pilates.

Having been a student of Elizabeth Jones for 3 years before she moved to the West Coast, I can say from experience that she is one of the finest Pilates teachers in the country. Her dedication to her profession, her personal experience with Pilates and pregnancy and to her devotion to her students make this recommentdation easy.

I think this is a great venue to help women become more knowledgeable about their bodies during pregnancy and for the rest of their lives...I would highly recommend it for increasing their skills in maintaining their pregnancy and bodies with Pilates. When will it be available????

Wow! My wife is gonna love this. When will the video be available on Amazon? All I can find is the book.
