yeah man he's got midi drum triggers, like electric drum kit pads that when he hits them they play a note, i think theres a vid explaining it somewhere, but its really technical stuff cos its all wired up so that if he hits it once it will play one note but the second time he hits it it will play a different note and its all timed and stuff :S
